Thank You From Mutomo and The Cameroons
Be assured that every penny will be spent wisely and that you are remembered in our prayers.
We are aware that money is scarce for everyone and "thank you"seems not enough to say.
Kindest Regards from Sr. Marian and the community.
Dear Father Barry and parishioners,
Last night, Sunday, I received a phone-call from Sister Ita who had been away, to say that on her return she found your envelope with your very generous gift for our sisters’ educational projects in Cameroon.
It came as a complete surprise. I can’t tell how touched I am by your amazing generosity in these very difficult and austere financial times we are living through. It is all the more welcome and appreciated for that because like everyone we are all experiencing great difficulties in trying to maintain our missionary projects throughout the world.
‘Thank you’ seems a small word to express my sincere gratitude and that of our Cameroonian sisters for your continued goodness and self-sacrifice because I realise that every penny of your contribution has to be earned.
May the Lord bless you and all the parishioners in this ‘New’ Year and throughout 2012 and be assured of our prayers for you all. Thank you all very much indeed.
